Tenielle Bass was born on the 26th January 1985. She is hailing from the Borough of Arima in Trinidad and Tobago. She was inspired to sing music by her father, the late Peter Bass, as he was a singer\song writer. He saw recognized his daughter’s talent and began to tutor her at an early age. Tenielle began to sing at the age of five years old, joined the youth choir in the church from the age of sixteen and have been singing ever since. 

Tenielle loves singing Gospel music especially in the form of R&B and Reggae music. Her musical inspirations are namely Vanessa Briggs and Sherwin Gardener. The former is her vocal coach and mentor. Tenielle’s message or philosophy is to always seek a relationship with God, putting it as the number one priority in your life with everything else coming afterward.

Teneille Bass have thus far recorded two songs professionally, namely “I Want You Forever” and “All I Need Is You, the latter being on the JahLight Records produced “Through the Valley Riddim. In the next five years, Tenielle aspires to travel to different countries singing for the honor and glory of God whilst releasing a few albums.

 At the moment Tenielle is busy at work on a debut EP which is slated for release in the month of September 2019. The EP will consist of five gospel songs which will vary from Reggae, Afrobeat and R&B.
